氟化硼二吡咯(Dipyrromethene Boron Difluoride,简称BODIPY)荧光物质是一类新型的染料,与传统的荧光素、罗丹明、菁类、稀土配合物类荧光染料相比,具有高荧光量子产率、高摩尔消光系数、良好的光稳定性、对pH不敏感等优点[1]。研究发现通过在BODIPY共轭骨架的各取代位上引入不同的取代基可得到一系列具有不同功能的衍生物,产品可作为离子探针、分子探针、荧光标记、光动力疗法用光敏剂、分子砌块等广泛应用于环境监测和生命科学等领域[2-5]。
杭州师范大学卢华老师研发了60余种BODIPY系列荧光染料,产品种类丰富,价格具有竞争力,且批次间稳定性良好。
