百灵威高额定温度前驱体源瓶-百灵威

前驱体源瓶（起泡器）是专为半导体行业和化工行业开发的工艺容器，主要用于固态、液态及气态的有机金属化合物或超纯物料类封装，涉及微正压、常压、中低压的危险化学品，对源瓶的安全性和洁净度提出严苛的要求。

百灵威除了提供MOCVD、CVD和ALD前体外，配套供应电解抛光不锈钢起泡器，含各种立式和水平排列起泡器。配置容量从150毫升到3000毫升不等，隔膜阀额定温度为315°C ，远高于标准起泡器隔膜阀（PCTFE阀杆头）额定温度121° C。

百灵威还提供各种ALD气缸， DOT和UN批准配置可用，助力研发与生产。
