依据OLED材料在器件中的功能及器件结构的不同,OLED材料可区分为空穴传输层(HTL)、发光层(EML)、电子传输层(ETL)等材料。
空穴传输材料要求具有高迁移率,在HTL/阳极界面能够减少能垒,高耐热稳定性,自然形成无针孔缺陷的好的薄膜状态具有高玻璃化温度(Tg)的空穴传输材料能够在蒸镀器件过程中形成稳定的非结晶形结构,那么形成的薄膜将不易产生针孔。
