铜族金属热活化延迟荧光配合物及 OLED 技术:进展与应用前景-百灵威

    近年来,基于铜族金属铜、银和金的系列二配位配合物作为一类新兴的热活化延迟荧光(TADF)发光材料,在光致发光机理研究、电致发光器件以及光催化等领域展现出巨大的应用潜力。

    北京科技大学李天一教授团队成功制备了一系列构型可调的 Cu(Ⅰ)TADF 配合物。该配合物的转动受限扭曲构型有效抑制了非辐射跃迁能量损失,在蓝光 TADF 配合物中获得了 74% 的高光致发光效率和 1.9 ms 的快速 TADF 发光寿命。在掺杂发光层器件中,最大外量子效率可达 20%;即使在非掺杂器件中,最大外量子效率也能达到 10%,且在 100 cd/m² 亮度下,器件效率滚降小于 2%。

Cu(I)TADF 配合物产品优势及详情:

  • 1.性能参数优异:△EST低至120meV;kr,S1 高达1.3×10⁵ s⁻¹;光致发光效率高至74%;TADF的快速发光寿命为1.9 ms 。
  • 2.电致发光性能佳:在真空蒸镀OLED器件的掺杂发光层中,最大外量子效率达到 20% ;非掺杂器件中,最大外量子效率达到10%;在100 cd/m²亮度下,器件效率滚降小于2% 。
  • 3.结构与构型可调:以吲哚类衍生物为芳胺配体,在吲哚2位引入不同空间位阻及电荷效应的取代基,配合物构型能从共平面调节至45°扭曲以及正交。
  • 4.抑制能量损失:转动受限的扭曲构型抑制了非辐射跃迁能量损失。
  • 5.综合优势显著:与磷光贵金属铱铂配合物相比,发光效率高、发射寿命短、发光颜色调节灵活、稳定性好;成本低廉、制备难度低。
