蛋白质分析检测方法一览

蛋白质是生命的物质基础，没有蛋白质就没有生命。而人体内的蛋白质含量的高低与人的身体健康息息相关。因此对蛋白质的精准检测在医学、生物学、分析化学上有着重要的意义[1-2]。目前测定蛋白质的定性定量方法有：凯氏定氨法(Kjedahl法)、双缩脲法(Biuret法)、考马氏亮蓝法(Bradford法)、紫外吸收光谱法等。蛋白质结构分析有X - 射线晶体衍射法、核磁共振（NMR）技术等。
