免疫诊断是以免疫学为基础，利用抗原抗体间的特异性免疫反应来测定免疫状态、检测各种疾病的诊断方法。
免疫诊断包括放射免疫、酶联免疫、层析免疫分析、胶乳免疫比浊和化学发光等。酶联免疫试剂具有成本低、可大规模操作等特点；而化学发光试剂具有灵敏、快速、稳定、选择性强、重现性好、易于操作、方法灵活多样的优点。广泛应用于医院、血站、体检中心，用于肝炎检测、性病检测、肿瘤检测、孕检等。
