生物传感器是一种将生物识别元件与物理传感器结合的装置,用于检测和分析生物分子,如蛋白质、核酸、酶、抗体、细胞、组织和微生物等。通过将这些生物分子与特定的化学或物理检测系统相结合,能够实现对生物化学过程的快速、准确、灵敏监测。

纳米材料的特点能够满足生物传感器多功能、微型化、高速化的发展需求,能够大幅度提升生物分子或者细胞的检测灵敏度,且可实现高通量实时检测分析。
